Hours: Vendor and competitor booths open at 8:00 AM, and the festival wraps up around 3:00 PM.
Location: The festivities take place all around the Historic Cassville Square in downtown Cassville, MO.
Festival Timeline & Highlights
Free Breakfast (8:00 AM): The First Baptist Church of Cassville kicks off the morning by serving a free pancake and sausage breakfast to attendees while supplies last.
Chili & Salsa Tasting (12:00 PM): Public tasting begins exactly at noon. Attendees can purchase a tasting kit at the Chamber booth to sample creations from local business and backyard chef teams.
Public Voting: The tasting kits allow you to cast your official votes for Favorite Chili, Favorite Salsa, Best Decorated Booth, and Most Spirited Booth.
Market & Entertainment: The square will be packed with a vibrant assortment of local food trucks, craft merchants, seasonal fall vendors, and live
